Meet Melissa!

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Advisor, Melissa enjoyed a successful 20+ year career in the Biopharmaceutical Industry. A Pinellas County native, Melissa has invested, renovated, and held rental properties in Florida for 20 years. Melissa has dedicated her skills to what was a previous side passion and became a full-time real estate advisor. She is very excited to assist buyers and sellers in all aspects of the sales process, including staging and readying a home for sale. When not working, you can find Melissa enjoying boating and music festivals with her family.
